Greetings Cyberspace

Welcome to the brand-new-official-chrome-shiny blog! Created by the genius' Jonathan Sage and Tanner Pundit (The Kings Monuments, Ask a Genius), we have combined our forces in consideration of the public (It's all about the public demand) to answer any and every question ever thought of, created, existed, and modified.

We uphold our promise to always answer to the best of our knowledge. In the extreme case of us not knowing the answer, (aprox. 1,204,293,234,849,993,074.918284639 [one quintillion, two hundred four quadrillion, two hundred ninety-three trillion, two hundred thirty-four billion, eight hundred forty-nine million, nine hundred ninety-three thousand, seventy-four and nine hundred eighteen million, two hundred eighty four thousand, six hundred thirty nine billionths] to one chance) we will admit our defeat proudly. All our information will come from what we already know and what we have read in books.

So prepare you fingers to type us a question, and welcome to The Sage (that's me) and Pundit (that's Tanner) Genius', where all questions are answered!

  1. Hello Genius'

I have three questions for you:

What came first, the invention of the word "bug" after an insect (which are irritating), or calling irritating insects "bugs" after the word "bug"?

Is it possible for a human falling through the sky to break the sound barrier, or is the human's terminal velocity enough to quell speeds that fast?

If you are riding in a car with your fingers out the window and the driver rolls the window up, will your fingers be cut off?

    Thanks ahead of time!!

  2. Question - Fact: The only thing preventing Global Nuclear War is human faith in mutual mass destruction theory. Fact: As AI continues to grow in power, far surpassing human intelligence over time, it goes without saying eventually an AI will be the decision maker for at least one major nuclear power. Question - Since an AI cannot necessarily quantify the value of Faith - wouldn't the first action of an AI be when activated to role of supreme defense commander - be to authorize a Nuclear First Strike? Since logic would dictate another country's AI would come to the same conclusion when activated? First Strike having a better potential outcome than second strike. Ergo easy choice for AI.

2nd Question - since advanced AI seems inevitable in the defense industry, is not mankinds only hope the complete eradication of nuclear weapons?

3rd question. Could eradication of Nuclear Weapons be the catalyst to Nuclear War?
